Kayoon and James - Woodhall Manor Wedding

This gorgeous, intimate Woodhall Manor wedding was an absolute delight to shoot. Not only are Kayoon and James wonderful people but their kindness and joyful enthusiasm show in everything they do. They lift every room and fill it with happiness and their intimate wedding is just what love is all about. They also had a badminton net up in the gardens so that’s ace too!

The day started in a calm manner and the build-up to the ceremony was a gentle one. Kayoon and James got ready quietly and without fanfare in the beautiful surroundings of Woodhall Manor. I spoke to them prior to the wedding and we discussed portraits in the gardens before the ceremony. This worked perfectly with the feel of the day. James waited in the gardens with me and Kayoon walked out with her family to meet James before the ceremony. A tranquil first look and the beginning of a gorgeous day. I might add that Kayoon’s dress was incredible! Not only a stunning gown but it had pockets!! Brides, get yourselves some pockets they’re great for a swish!!

The ceremony was a beautiful one with a kind vicar who allowed free reign to myself as there was a little side door I could sneak out of to move as I like, front and back. Conifers lined the path and as Kayoon and James left the church, confetti flew and smiles were all over the show! We all made our way back to the Manor for garden games and some food and drink. Everyone had a lovely time, although the croquet got a little competitive with hammers and balls and drinks taking over the garden. We wandered through the grounds and danced on tree lined driveways. This wonderful pair of humans really made my day. Kayoon and James, thank you! You’re ace!

Fun times ahead! Get in touch and let’s create something awesome!
