It’s been a while since this shoot. However, the winter is still keen and so it won’t feel out of place. A gorgeous but cold pre-wedding shoot with an old friend and her hubby to be.

I travelled out to Yorkshire Wildlife Park to spend a couple of hours with Lisa and Philip. Lisa is an old friend from school and we grew up together in a gorgeous village, Horstead. A pretty Broadland village just north of Norwich. I am really looking forward to their wedding at The Norfolk Mead, a stunning venue in the villages we grew up in.

Now, you might ask why Yorkshire Wildlife Park? Well, they have Polar bears and Philip loves polar bears. The North pole is too far and the only places in the UK that have Polar bears is Yorkshire and Edinburgh. Yorkshire it was. The Wildlife Park is great and it has an incredible foundation charity dedicated to the conservation and welfare. Go check it out! I am always happy to shoot somewhere new.

Lisa and Philip have an energy that is wonderful to be around, they are so happy and together that shooting them was a breeze! A day for bobble hats and scarves and each other’s arms to keep them warm. I, on the other hand, was freezing. I forgot my hat and scarf!

It was really cold.

But my goodness, it was awesome!
