Becky and TommyNorwich Engagement shoot

I’m not even sure how this came about really. A Norwich Engagement shoot of massive proportions. Becky and Tommy booked me a while back and as we chatted over a beer we briefly discussed ‘Pre-wedding’ shoots. I mentioned that they usually take place somewhere that means something to them and they could call me up to book it in anytime. After another beer, we parted and I awaited their call.

We met up for a wedding chat at The Unthank and the ‘pre-wedding’ shoot was mentioned. They told me that they loved the beach but as they were going to have their Wedding day next to the beach they felt that they wanted something different for their Pre-Wedding shoot. We talked some more about wedding plans and ordered another beer when suddenly It dawned on us that we all loved this pub! That was that then. Pub Crawl Photoshoot! We booked an evening and I plotted a route, taking in some of Becky and Tommy’s favourite drinking spots.

The evening was warm and we started in the pub we had met in previously, The Unthank Arms. The next stop was The York for an unexpected game of ping pong and a view into what was to come after stumbling into a party full of people a little worse for wear. We strolled to the William and Florence for cocktails and got some cheesy chips for the walk to the Black horse. We arrived and got straight into the outdoor Jenga in what is a belting beer garden!

A surprise meeting of photographers happened at The Black Horse, this was in the form of James Powell. A superb photographer who I am looking forward to working with later this month. He blazed in sporting a corker of a shirt! Flamingos I think? Anyway, we supped up and stumbled up the road to our final stop. This final stop was Becky and Tommy’s home ground. The Temple, a brilliant pub, a proper pub. We ended the night with pool table antics, huge laughs and of course Tequilas!

Fun times ahead! Get in touch and let’s create something awesome!
